Simply choose your crewneck, upload a clear photo of your pet, and place your order. Our artists hand-draw your pet and send your first proof within 3 business days. Once you approve the design, we begin embroidery and ship your finished piece within 2 weeks.

Yes. Each piece can feature up to 5 pets. For 1–2 pets, embroidery is placed on the left chest. Designs with 3–5 pets are centered to allow for balanced composition and clarity.

Turn your sweater inside out and wash on a cold, gentle cycle. For best results, air dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid high heat to maintain the integrity of the embroidery.
